Broad Crossing nestles between the Segenhoe and Rouchel valleys just outside of the township of Aberdeen only 3 ½ hours from Sydney.
Broadwater is bordered by the ever flowing Hunter River and is further surrounded by first class Australian thoroughbred studs, such as Vinery, Segenhoe Kia Ora, Arrowfield and Darley.

With great access to the Hunter River around 500 of the farms 730 acres is irrigated all year round to provide your mares, foals, yearling, spellers and other young stock with rich and healthy pastures plus our safe fencing, purpose built laneways, yards and stables as well as great staff all provide an excellent environment in which to safely agist and rear your valuable bloodstock.

Broad Crossing has been in operation as a thoroughbred breeding and agistment facility for 8 yrs and in that short space of time has peaked to capacity in numbers of horses on the farm as well has proven itself both in the sale ring and on the race track.

Careful and continuous management by our excellent and well experienced staff and outside contractors (eg transport – LTG, RBHT, farriers – John Dunn, weaner handling – Alpha Horse, Veterinary – Scone Vet Hospital) has put Broad Crossing at the top of its game in a relatively short space of time.
